The "well-being" of patients as gist of the Hippokratian professional ethics was rather interpreted in a bodily or biological sense by the physicians in the past. Regarding the formation in the last full twenty years in the sections: informed consent, medical fertilisation, abortion, organ transplantation, death grant and death criteria, the image of man is changing to mental and moral dimensions of human existence.
